About Utilyx — the no-code AI BPM built for SMEs worldwide
We build the BPM that Camunda and Appian make inaccessible to small and mid-size teams. No-code designer, conversational AI copilot, 7 languages, SME pricing.
Our mission
Business Process Management has been locked behind enterprise tolls for too long. Camunda requires BPMN developers. Appian enforces a 100-user minimum. Nintex is quote-only and end-of-life in July 2026. We believe PMEs and mid-market teams worldwide deserve a no-code AI BPM they can actually deploy in days, not weeks — at PME prices.
Why we built Utilyx
Utilyx started in Morocco — a trilingual market (Arabic, French, English) where every existing BPM was either too expensive, too code-first, or unavailable in RTL Arabic. We built a platform that works for Casablanca and Frankfurt alike, for a 3-person agency and a 500-user bank. Today Utilyx serves 7 languages and targets MENA, Europe (GDPR), LATAM, DACH, CIS and APAC.
The team
A compact team of BPM practitioners, AI engineers and designers. We have shipped process automation for banking, insurance, automotive, real estate and public administration.
Team photos and detailed bios will be published here. E-E-A-T requires real authors — we are preparing the profiles with LinkedIn links and expertise credentials.
What we believe
No-code first
If a feature requires writing code, we haven't finished designing it yet.
AI as a copilot, not a black box
The AI suggests, the human approves. Every generated process is editable and auditable.
PME-friendly pricing
No 100-user minimum. No mandatory enterprise quote. Public pricing from €49/month.
International by default
7 languages including RTL Arabic. Compliance for GDPR, Loi 09-08, HIPAA, eIDAS.
Preserve existing stacks
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce. SQL and NoSQL. We plug in, we don't replace.
Security as a baseline
Fine-grained rights, automatic lockout, full traceability. On-premise option for regulated industries.
